Wasson Peak Moonlight / P1010004

We had a perfect afternoon and evening for this moonlight hike.  As you can see in Photo 1, the moon is already visible well before dark.  We all enjoyed our sandwich on top of Wasson Peak (elevation 4,687'), as we watched the sun set and the Tucson lights turn on.  We could see the trail with the light of the full moon.  (We did have flashlights just in case, but did not need them.)  The moon was so bright, it produced shadows just like the sun.
